CANCELLATION POLICY

We truly appreciate you and want you to have an exceptional experience with us. We schedule 2 hours for your first visit. It’s important we fully understand your lifestyle, concerns, what your goals are, the expectations you have, your availability and timeframe (if any) any medical issues, if you have multiple areas you want to address etc. we ensure enough time to do your session at this apt as well. Time is priceless & we truly utilize it the best way we can for both of us. Please be respectful of everyone else’s time and communicate . If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know at least 48hrs prior to apt, or you COULD be charged a $50 late cancellation fee/no show fee.
